Cuiabá airport (CGB)
~1–1.5h by car up the escarpment on a paved road with viewpoints along the way.
Chapada town center
~10 minutes to our gate. We send the exact location and access instructions after booking.
Car recommended
The final stretch is a short dirt road. A regular car is fine in the dry season; we recommend higher clearance in the rainy season.

Chapada dos Guimarães National Park
Véu de Noiva waterfall, trails and sandstone cliffs — 15–25 minutes from the cabin.
Waterfalls & viewpoints
Dozens of waterfalls and lookouts. Sunset at Mirante da Geodésia is a classic.
Festival de Inverno
The Center-West's biggest cultural festival happens in Chapada every July/August. Book well ahead for those dates.
Northern Pantanal
2–3h by car to the Transpantaneira (Poconé). Casa Bambu works well as a base before or after the Pantanal.
